The Zarb Experience
Zarb is a traditional Bedouin cooking method where meat and vegetables are placed in an underground oven and cooked slowly for several hours. The result is incredibly tender, flavorful meat infused with the smoky essence of the desert. This ancient technique has been used by Bedouins for centuries and remains a highlight of any Wadi Rum experience.
